Financial Wellbeing
Your financial wellbeing is our priority. If you’re looking for budgeting tips or guidance on managing debt, MoneyHelper provides free, confidential financial guidance, including advice on talking to creditors.
Debt Management
Struggling with debt can be overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Access confidential debt management services from Advice NI, StepChange Debt Charity, and CAP NI. StepChange offers free, impartial help with debt problems, and you can contact their helpline at 0800 138 1111 (available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm). You can also call Advice NI’s helpline at 0800 915 4604 for more immediate support.
Consumer Advice
If you need independent support and advice for any consumer-related issues, The Consumer Council offers free services for both consumers and businesses in Northern Ireland. For assistance, call 0800 121 6022 or email at contact@consumercouncil.org.uk.
Mental Health Support
We understand that financial stress can affect your mental health. If you’re feeling anxious or stressed about money, reach out for support. Helplines NI offers access to over 30 helplines and support services operating across Northern Ireland.
Community Support
